01

Real estate project

An existing Mediavertical project, not a new speculative asset.

02

Tokenization

Interests in the project are issued as tokens via Zerohash’s infrastructure.

03

Stablecoin rail

Investors fund and receive distributions in stablecoins, typically USDC.

04

Fiat settlement

Zerohash converts and settles to Mediavertical’s bank account.

What we’re building

Mediavertical is developing a stablecoin-based platform, built on infrastructure provided by Zerohash, with two connected uses: tokenizing existing real estate projects already in the portfolio, and using that same stablecoin rail to move payments for those projects, rather than building two separate systems.

  • Tokenizationissuing tokenized interests in real estate projects Mediavertical already owns or operates, not new speculative assets
  • Payment railthe same stablecoin infrastructure used to accept and settle payments tied to those projects

Why Zerohash

Zerohash is a Chicago-based B2B digital asset infrastructure provider, founded in 2017, that connects fiat currency, cryptocurrencies, and stablecoins on a single platform for trading, payments, and tokenization. It reached unicorn status in September 2025 on a $104M round backed by Interactive Brokers, with participation from Morgan Stanley, Apollo-managed funds, and SoFi; Morgan Stanley's E-Trade is set to offer crypto trading on Zerohash's infrastructure in 2026.

Zerohash's tokenization payment rails already serve issuers of tokenized funds (public examples include BlackRock's BUIDL and Franklin Templeton's BENJI). The mechanics: a platform onboards an investor via API, generates a deposit address, the investor sends stablecoins (typically USDC), Zerohash converts to USD automatically, and settles to the issuer's bank account, instantly for deposits under $500,000. Applying that same flow to Mediavertical's own real estate projects, rather than a fund, is the specific extension being built here.

Status

This is in development, not live. Regulatory positioning is still being worked through with counsel in each jurisdiction Mediavertical plans to operate in, so licensing, registration, and which specific real estate projects will be tokenized first are not published here yet.
